What is the meaning of “Shipping notice received”?
When tracking you might get “Shipping notice received” or “Shipping notice received from WISH” or “Logistics order has been created“.
This means seller/shipper has applied a tracking number with shipping software provided by third party (WISH, AliExpress etc) but has not shipped the goods yet.
If you just got the tracking number from seller, please wait about 2 to 3 business days, if seller has actually shipped the goods. China Post tracking system will provide updated shipment date and location information about the parcel number.
If over 3 business days and you still get same result as “”shipping notice received”. You should be cautious of fake shipment. If you purchased from big website such as eBay/AliExpress/Amazon/Wish etc, you should contact seller and push him/her to ship the goods immediately. Tell him/her if you can not get real shipment information in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud. In most of cases, sellers will take immediate action on shipment to avoid dispute and shop downgrade penalty.
High shipping volumes are causing some delays. Please allow extra time after the expected delivery date before contacting the seller to let them know that your item hasn't arrived yet.
To check the delivery status of your order, you can find the most updated tracking information by visiting your Order History page. If the seller is using a tracked service but you can’t see a tracking number, they may need to upload the tracking information. You can contact the seller to ask them to add tracking.
Track a guest order
To track items you bought as a guest, you’ll need the order confirmation we sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
- Find your eBay guest order confirmation email. The subject line starts with “Order Confirmed”.
- Select View order details.
- Select Show shipping details.
You’ll see a delivery status bar with a delivery company, tracking number, and the item’s current location. If you don’t see the tracking information you can select Contact seller on the Order Details page and ask the seller if they will upload the tracking number.
